Due to its multifunctional nature, the building is implemented with suspended glass facades and mineral plaster. It was completely finished in 2013 and houses a large store, apartments and studios varying in size and functionality /two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments and maisonettes/ underground level with parking spaces and office area. Its entrance part is spacious, provided with continuous video control and chip access.

ORIENTATION
Orientation is never to be neglected. It is even imperative for the most demanding clients. Taking into account this detail we oriented our building to the South. Thus it provides for prolonged sunlight which will soon become part of the living standard of the new inhabitants. What makes the properties offered by us exclusive is the panoramic view of Vitosha Mountain from the large balconies.

THE STRUCTURE is monolithic made from reinforced concrete with beamless bearing steel reinforced concrete walls. The roof and facade panels are made respectively with proper hydro and heat insulation, plaster and stone tiling. This technology provides comfortable living conditions and durability of the structure.
The exterior walls are built with 25 cm bricks, insulated with expanded polystyrene, PVC net, mineral plaster and ETALBOND.
