The construction of one of our newest projects started in February 2016. It is located next to the sports playgrounds of the National Sports Academy and the Winter Palace. In the long term Malinova Dolina area, where the building is located, will become one of the most preferred metropolitan areas to live in. The area has a very good infrastructure, as well as a quick and easy access to the city centre, the airport and the ring road. Last but not least we should mention its proximity to the mountain, providing an opportunity for life in clear air better than in the capital city, as well as opportunities for daily leisure outdoor activities.
