Residential complex at 34-42 Ljubljana str, Ovcha Kupel residential area

It was commissioned in 2009.
It is undoubtedly another successful project in the portfolio of PAV construction company. It was a great challenge to implement the idea for the realization of such a large-scale design. Today, several years after its completion, the Ljubljana residential complex is still our pride. We committed ourselves to the realization of this ambition with lots of imagination and creativity and we reached heights that brought us complete satisfaction. 

The complex was built in stages, module by module, finally becoming a contemporary architectural ensemble consisting of apartments, studios, garages, a medical centre, offices, shops and restaurants. Today, thanks to our construction initiative, the area in this part of Ljubljana str has developed into a lively place with a new, attractive appearance. 

Its location was purposefully chosen. It attracted us as investors because of its proximity to the mountains, fresh air and the lovely views from almost all of the apartments. Light and space are the two words describing the typical features of the new homes of its inhabitants. 

The complex is connected to gas supply. Its structure is made of steel reinforced concrete with brick walls and concrete columns. The façade is decorated with polymer coating. There at two main buildings, with two entrances each. The common use areas are spacious, built with high-quality materials. The added value to the comfortable living there are the commercial modules, located in front of the complex.
